Your Job:

As an HR Programs Manager, and as a key member of the People Programs team, you will connect with people at Brooks on both a micro and macro level by creating and executing company-wide people programs that enable our employees and culture to scale in pursuit of our growth strategies. Focused on Learning & Development (L&D), Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Employee Recognition, you will help lead and manage a global portfolio of programs, establish standards, reporting, metrics, and perform trend analysis. In this role you will lead and facilitate trainings for our in-house L&D and DEI programs, as well as manage the role out and the on-going optimization of a new Employee Recognition tool.

You will collaborate with leaders and employee groups to understand program requirements and business priorities and translate them into initiatives and programs that support the HR and People Programs strategic roadmap, creating a best-in-class internal and external employer brand. Through collaboration and discovery, you will need to grow deep empathy for the Brooks employee experience as you seek to optimize and improve our current offerings to create a consistent, global employee experience.

In this role you will be a key leader and contributor to our DEI trainings, our Insights trainings, our Manager Development Training program, our Leader Led Training program, our Learning Management System (LMS), our Compliance training, our Employee Recognition Program, as well as being the welcoming face for our New Hire Day One Orientation program.

Responsibilities:
! Innovate, build, and own programs that have a measurable impact on employee experience and inclusion at Brooks.
! Partner with key stakeholders to build, scale and deploy tool kits that address cultural integration and behavioral change.
! Partner with Sr. Manager of DEI in work that helps to dismantle the barriers Black, Indigenous, and other people of color; women; LGBTQ+ people; and other underrepresented groups currently face in our industry and community.
! Lead, facilitate and build a calendar for a variety of in-house trainings.
! Obtain stakeholder engagement and partner with key leaders to ensure successful execution of HR programs. Identify, develop and leverage key champions throughout the organization.
! Create and maintain detailed project plans for employee-based People Programs.
! Partner with key global HR partners to roll out programs in EMEA and Asia ensuring a consistent, global employee experience.
! Use data to identify trends and quickly resolve defects, while simultaneously measuring success against defined success metrics.
! Make things sticky…. define feedback mechanisms that go beyond a successful “go live”. Design ongoing communication campaigns after initial roll-out to keep programs top of mind for existing employees and build awareness for new hires.
! Manage our current LMS, assess its long-term feasibility, and make a recommendation for the optimal global enterprise solution.
! Track and report out program metrics via the People Programs Dashboard, helping ensure we hit our goals.
! Partner with HR Business Partners to educate and coach leaders on progressive ways to enhance employee experience and inclusion on their teams.

Qualifications:
! 5+ years progressive work experience in human resources or talent management
! 2+ years of leading and facilitating in-person and virtual trainings
! Experience in planning, managing, and delivering large scale programs using project management methodology
! Have strong analytical skills and are able to glean needs from both qualitative and quantitative data to drive appropriate program decisions
! Knowledge of current trends and practices relating to L&D, DEI and the broader employee experience
! Excellent interpersonal and influence skills with experience establishing credibility and working relationships at all levels across the organization.
! Strong program management and facilitation skills along with the ability to support and mentor others in these domains.
! Knowledge of Insights Discovery / MBTI (Meyers Briggs) theory preferred
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication.
! Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
! Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
