Your Job:

As the Recruiting Coordinator on the Brooks HR Team, you will support and coordinate all recruiting efforts across the organization and play a key role in providing a positive experience for candidates. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, supporting the talent acquisition process, sourcing candidates using standard professional networking tools and applications (such as LinkedIn and Indeed), scheduling interviews, booking travel, communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, and sourcing candidates using standard professional networking tools and applications (such as LinkedIn and Indeed). You will provide general support for employee questions and internal employee events as well as complete miscellaneous projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
! Manage interview scheduling for the Seattle HQ recruiting team.
! Coordinate candidate travel for non-local candidates and manage expense reimbursement process.
! Post jobs and create offer letters for Customer Service, Guru, and Retail positions.
! Complete the background check and reference check processes (including DMV and drug tests when appropriate) for Seattle HQ and remote new hires.
! Provide relocation support for new hires through booking travel and temporary housing.
! Source prospective candidates based on skills, abilities, and experience and by conducting key-word searches.
! Complete the background check and reference check processes (including DMV and drug tests when appropriate) for Seattle HQ and remote new hires.
! Schedule and deliver first-day orientations and onboarding for new employees joining the organization, when needed.
! Coordinate the New Hire Orientation process and other activities as needed to improve and enrich the onboarding process.
! Interact with recruiting and staffing agencies, along with other outside vendors and service providers (e.g.: Lever, LinkedIn, Sterling, etc.).
! Coordinate communications related to New Hire Notifications to necessary internal team members using strong attention to detail.
! Provide recruiting support including maintenance and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Lever and posting jobs to external job sites.
! Send out Recruiting surveys and collect, synthesize and report findings.
! Assist with the maintenance of procedures, policies and other strategic documents.
! Advise employees and managers on matters regarding HR forms, processes, policies and procedures.
! Support workplace programs and events to enhance the company culture and work environment.
! Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
! 2+ years of recruiting coordination or HR administrative experience.
! Associates or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience.
! Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to build trust and respect within the organization.
! Very detail-oriented and able to meet multiple competing deadlines while effectively balancing workload.
! Ability to execute a wide variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
! Strong self-starter – ability to take on and complete projects with minimal direction.
! Intermediate to advanced level skills with all MS Office Suite applications (including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HR applications and tools.
! Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
! Flexibility to handle unexpected projects and a demonstrated willingness to help others.
! General knowledge of both federal and state employment laws, and other employment labor laws; FLSA, EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA.
