Surftech, “The original board manufacturing company” which was founded in 1989, is in search of a Customer Service Dealer Support Rep to join the team in Carlsbad, CA.
Primary responsibility of this role is to provide full level of support to sales representatives and retailers including, but not limited to, full cycle order processing, product questions, inventory inquiries, marketing requests and any other sales support requested.
Job Responsibilities //
• Accurately enter new customer data into ERP system.
• Ensure all preseason and at-once orders are taken and entered on a timely basis.
• Execute order processes for key accounts through their EDI portals.
• Efficiently and effectively provide daily coverage of all inbound sales representative and dealer inquiries.
• Approve orders and allocate product to provide the best possible customer service and fill rates based customer service requests, priority and credit status.
• Successfully resolve order issues.
• Have detailed knowledge of product, current promotions, policies and stock status and maintain communication on these subjects to sales representatives and retailers.
• Support sales representatives with consignment accounts by conducting weekly and monthly status reviews.
• Prepare and distribute various sales reports as requested.
• Monthly assessment of open orders including clean up.
• Ensure that all POP, marketing materials, events requests, and other needs are relayed to the Marketing Department and completed.
• Coordinate damage claims with Logistics department and ensure customer resolution.
• Assess and process all warranty claims and return requests.
• Assist with consumer calls and inquiries.
• Actively interface with multiple internal departments to support our reps and retailers.
