Surftech, a leading USA distributor of Surf, SUP, and Prone Boards has an executive position available as Director of Global Sales. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of management selling experience inside the global surf retail and wholesale community. Leadership skills are at a premium: our customer base includes all channels in the US, including major retailers, Ecomm, and an extensive international client base. Effective and respectful managing a sophisticated network of experienced sales teams and sales programs is a must, as is a thorough understanding of pricing, margins, and contemporary selling techniques.
