Fast growing apparel company in Los Angeles, Calif. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales Representative will act as the initial point of contact for the customer service team while assisting all other customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Provide timely communication with customers via email or phone, regarding returns, order processing, online registration and product inquiries
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for related products or alternatives
• Keep abreast of product characteristics, future stock deliveries, promotions and customer service policies
• Maintain active use and knowledge of products and office systems
• Work directly with the VP Sales
• Liaison between the dealers and in-house personalities to resolve customer queries
• Observe at all times customer confidentiality and company policy surrounding data protection and security
