Summary: Dainese USA Inc. Is looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Service Associate that will support our dealer relationships while helping to grow our sales and dealer network. As an Inside sales associate your mission is to provide an unmatched level of customer service to our dealer network while pushing to grow sales and hit targets. You will be an ambassador of the Dainese brand and everything we stand for: courage, trustworthiness, leadership, and style. The Inside Sales Associate takes the lead on building strong relationships with our outside rep force, giving them the support they need to stay focused on the road. The candidate must have strong verbal sales skills, comfort with cold calling, patience for data entry and a desire to be a real product expert of the Dainese and AGV brands.

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent support and assistance to Key Accounts, Dealers, Distributors and back up to our own e-commerce team
- Respond to inquiries from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Enter orders and manage backorders through our operational system MICROSOFT AX
- Manage/update all internal sales forms (dealer applications, Price lists, discounts, special terms etc.) as needed
- Responsible for data entry of orders, quotations, invoicing, sales and providing customer service by performing the following duties
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations to upper management to re-supply inventory shortages and reduce inventory overages
- Answer dealer and consumer questions via phone and e-mail
- Work in team with the Outside sales department as well as Warehouse, Warranty, Aftersales and retail Departments


- Use sales experience, product knowledge and persuasive skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Proactively pursue new dealer and sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing and other forms of lead generation
- Become knowledgeable of Dainese and AGV product and maintain that knowledge as product evolves and be able to train Sales Representatives as well as Dealer and retail department staff
- Review all credit hold accounts and work closely with A/R to insure payments are made promptly
- Proactively follow up on Customer and Dealer service issues
- Participate to events, trade shows and showcases as needed
