Our teams work closely with First Responders, Special Forces operators, industrial professionals, tactical and fitness enthusiasts around the globe to design, develop and deliver unique apparel and gear that inspires readiness.
In order to accomplish this mission, we have an exciting opportunity fora Field Merchandiser who is responsible for supporting the Retail/Merchandising Team with fixture orders, custom POP requests, field operation planning and field visual merchandising. S/he will have exceptional problem solving skills, excellent time management, and impeccable follow-up/follow-through skills and provide excellent merchandising support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in processing of POS fixture orders and product orders for all 5.11 Corporate, Partner, Select Premium and all other retail distribution points
· Collect and enter POS fixture orders and product orders for builds into Enterprise system
· Track POS fixture inventory, collect and build forecast reports to maintain proper inventory
· Gather and submit fixture materials and specs for all required POS fixtures for style setup in ABS
· Maintain a weekly inventory of POS fixtures in the warehouse, in-transit and in production
· Create and maintain an active POS fixture build-out tracker with total project spending and distribute to management
· Coordinate merchandising communications and act as a hub for the field merchandising team in-house
· Distribution of marketing/merchandising materials and information to all company-owned retail stores, i.e. marketing promotional signage, GWP’s, and other marketing and merchandising information
· Partner with the Merchandising Team to manage Cap-X planning and spending with oversight of the Retail Merchandising Leadership
· Monitor and track rep spending on POS fixtures and printed marketing materials
· Participate in retail and wholesale store build-outs and support the build team when needed
· Prepare shipping documents, pack product and marketing materials to be shipped to various locations
· Manage custom POP projects with print vendors and coordinate installation
· Assist in coordination of field support team travel and overnight accommodations
· Assist and support the sales team in the 5.11 Ready Room store when needed
· Other duties as assigned
