5.11 Tactical is looking to expand our Digital Analytics team with an innovative Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Testing who will be responsible for unlocking and scaling data-driven insights aimed at powering growth and profitability across 511tactical.com and 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, Jet, eBay). The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Testing also serves as the subject matter expert for web and digital marketing analytics tools, A/B and multivariate testing tools, ecommerce testing tools, and the tag management platform.

Successful candidates will be able to synthesize website insights and behavior into objective findings based on data analysis in support of marketing, merchandising and operating plans across the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead analysts in delivering regular reporting and insights, ad hoc analytics, tag management, and on-site testing capabilities
• Design and manage advanced analytical solutions and analyze and provide data-driven insights related to navigation behaviors, website usability, data traffic patterns, key site traffic funnels, acquisition patterns, order volume, conversion funnel and product selection, to improve site navigation, increase customer satisfaction, optimize conversions, and reduce transaction abandonment.
• Manage Testing/Optimization. Oversee measurement strategy and optimization efforts including A/B testing, multivariate testing, persona management, performance analysis, display, and remarketing. Lead efforts to operationalize measurement strategies and tools; developing scorecards, reports for senior management, and benchmark performance reviews
• Partner with Digital & Brand Marketing teams to define digital marketing attribution requirements
• Participate in website and CRM projects as measurement expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the reporting implementation of evaluating pre- and post- launch metrics
• Partner with VP of Digital Commerce & Chief Marketing Officer to establish clear evaluation criteria and KPIs, analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to deliver actionable insights in a consumer marketing context
• Develop and foster culture of testing and optimization throughout Digital Commerce and Brand Marketing teams
• Analyze and evaluate merchandising, product placements, creative placements, and up-sell/cross-sell affinities to ensure best-in-class merchandise presentation and to increase average order value.
• Manage and provide work direction to the 3rd party vendors
