Leatt® Corporation, located in Santa Clarita, California, was founded with the mandate of developing a more scientific approach to protecting those who push themselves beyond ordinary.

We have an immediate need for an experienced Inside Sales Representative, calling on Bicycle and Motocross dealers. This position can be remote / home office based for the right candidate.

This role is instrumental in building our USA dealer relationships through industry leading customer service. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with retail bicycle, power sports, or action sports experience to begin a career with a growing company in the bicycle and power sports industry.

Responsibilities:

This role is out-calling, commissioned sales roles focused on growing and expanding Leatt’s existing and new dealer base as well as growing Leatt’s product offering in those dealers. In addition to engaging in outgoing sales calls, the role also fields incoming sales calls, inputs sales orders, and assists customers with technical, and service issues, all while working together with Leatt®’s outside sales force to meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual, as well as category sales goals within an assigned territory.

·· Prior sales experience within the bicycle, power sports, or action sports industry with understanding and knowledge of Leatt’s industry, competing protection brands, channels, and culture.
.. The ideal candidate would have in depth knowledge of the Motocross or Bicycle industry dealer base with existing dealer relationships.
·· Goal oriented….must posses the undeniable drive to achieve, and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual, as well as category sales goals.
·· This is an out-calling sales position, candidates must have excellent customer service skills, the ability and motivation to continuously call out and effectively sell products over the phone, handle customer questions, demands, and complaints.
·· Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft applications, etc) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and order management / data entry systems including SAP.
