About the job
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for collaborating with a cross-departmental team to manage all phases of Leatt’s global eComm business including, planning, strategy and campaigns, using top level analytics and practices. This role will direct the appearance, and functionality of Leatt.com, keeping it on the cutting edge of eComm performance, brand story, product presentation, user flow, searchability and SEO.
• Remote / Home office based position - Located anywhere in continental USA.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical global eComm business plans.
• Create and implement new sales, marketing and branding initiatives to increase eComm sales and profitability
•Oversee multiple simultaneous eComm projects and outreaches.
•Prioritize, develop, manage, implement, test and evaluate all eComm initiatives using the latest in eComm analytical tools.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and planning to ensure all relevant organizational goals are factored into eComm projects
• Extensive experience with global B2C, B2B, and 3rd party eComm platforms
• Extensive knowledge of the latest eComm technologies and analytics
• Expert on current eComm industry best practices and legal/compliance requirements. Lead all cross-departmental projects to ensure best eComm practices are incorporated
• Identify new areas of eComm opportunity
