Opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator - International to join our fast-growing business.
100% designs and distributes an industry leading collection of premium goggles, performance and active lifestyle sunglasses, helmets, gloves and sportswear that is designed specifically for today's demanding rider in the global Motocross, Mountain Bike and Cycling markets.
This position reports to the International Sales Manager. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of day-to-day operations across our international account base of distributors globally, including receiving and confirming orders, coordinating shipping details with our warehouse team and working closely with accounting and supply chain on delivery, invoicing and A/R follow-up and other logistics for each account.
The ideal candidate has experience working in sales operations, preferably servicing international accounts, thrives on detail, follow up and customer service in a fast paced environment and has an enthusiasm for the Bike and Motocross industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain all communications with assigned group of accounts, including inbound orders, requests for inventory lists, status updates on orders, etc. with a 24 hour response time objective.
Ensure orders are reviewed, entered and accepted on a timely basis (goal of 24 hour order acceptance) - including follow up on questions, issues or risks from customers.
Monitor shipping status and fulfillment issues from supply chain to proactively communicate risks, changes and operational delays or issues with all customers.
Build sales tools and provide product recommendations based on ATP (Inventory Available-To-Promise).
Anticipate and proactively prevent issues that could impact customer satisfaction.
Identify sales opportunities within International territory and assist Sales Manager with planning to meet replenishment goals.
Assist accounting team on Accounts Receivable follow-up and with Sales Team on problem accounts.
Work with the team to collect customer monthly sell through and inventory reports and analyze the health of each customer to identify new sales opportunities or promotional and program needs.
Distribute branding and marketing materials to all customers and work with marketing and brand team to respond to specific requests.
Assist in distributor and dealer education on 100% brand within all channels.
Bachelor Arts / Bachelor Science Degree preferred
3+ years in International sales operations with strong account coordination focus
Multilingual preferred but not required
Strong understanding of the global marketplace
Strong technology background and comfort with spreadsheets, cloud based systems for training, order entry, and workflow
Prior experience with NetSuite (CRM and ERP), Experticity or similar tools a plus
Current passport for potential international travel - although day to day work is primarily from the office over phone & email
Experience in action sports (cycling, motorsports or similar) preferred, not required
Understanding of the action sports sales environment through past experience and/or personal interests
