DESCRIPTION:
Opportunity for a design professional to join our fast growing business designing and distributing an industry leading collection of premium goggles, performance and active lifestyle sunglasses, helmets, gloves and sportswear that is designed specifically for today's demanding rider in the global Motocross, Mountain Bike and Cycling markets.
100% is looking for a Junior Designer ready to develop their existing skills by working with our industry leading creative team. In addition to design skills this role will require excellent communications skills, through your design work and through written and verbal interactions. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote the 100% brand and vision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take art direction from Senior Designer and work to fulfill day-to-day requests and to execute projects
• Perform color correction and photo retouching on product photography
• Design print and web marketing collateral; ads, web banners, email blasts, events & promotions, etc, and ensure they are production ready
• Design marketing collateral to assist sales team including; flyers, brochures, workbooks, POP and more
• Assist in the completion of all product art in a production ready format
• Add to and maintain tree hierarchy of correctly formatted files on the art server
• Work in a timely manner to ensure all artwork is prepared and submitted to meet deadlines
• Be curious to learn new design techniques and styles
