Job Description

Glide SUP is looking for dynamic Independent Sales Reps in multiple territories across the United States for our Glide SUP line (AZ, TX, ND, SD, MN, OK, IA, MS, AR, LA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, TN, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, OH, PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY).

We pride ourselves on being the most durable, high performance SUPs on the market.

Job Requirements

Qualifications include:
- Ability to travel to current and prospective accounts in your area and proactively open new accounts in assigned region
- Must currently rep other (non-competing) outdoor product lines
- Knowledge of paddleboarding and paddleboarding industry
- Ability to enthusiastically set and meet monthly/yearly sales goals
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience as sale representative
- Must be reliable, professional, and have high level of work-ethic
- Enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
- Work with the Sales Manager on a daily basis to keep them up to date on their territory
- Visit accounts regularly to check inventory and solicit purchase orders
- Educate and inform accounts on the brand, news, events & promotions
- Perform retail sales clinics for all accounts
