We are currently seeking a Retail Manager for our Flagship store in Brooklyn. This position not only offers great year-round salary and benefits, but also has profit sharing potential so you can grow as our company grows.

The ideal candidate will first and foremost possess a passion for cycling with a in depth knowledge of the leading-edge cycling products in today’s current market. Shop management experience is a must. Prior bike shop experience of 1-2 years is strongly recommended.

The Store Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Actively working on the sales floor with both employees and customers to not only provide world class customer service but also to achieve store sales goals.
• Organize and implement staff training which includes sales, merchandising, daily shop tasks and product training.
• Lead and assist staff with merchandising of the store to ensure an inviting, accessible, shopping experience. (Merchandising includes but is in not limited to generating inventory reports for product transfers, monitoring inventory, sorting, arranging fixtures and feature brand displays
• Participate in all facets of staffing within the store which includes scheduling, interviewing potential employees, quarterly reviews, as well as assuring the store policies and procedures are adhered to
• Manage any customer issues that may arise and find a solution that is both beneficial to the customer and the company
• Create an environment that promotes employee interaction
• Perform other duties as prescribed by management on an as needed basis
