ZAMST, an Irvine, CA based market leader in sports bracing/supports, is looking for a Sales Manager who will deliver ZAMST’s product/educational message in the field and contribute to the development of sales and brand awareness. The Specialty Channel Sales Manager must be able to establish, build, work with and support a network of varied Retail Channel accounts (Specialty Channels: Run/Outdoor/Golf).
Responsibilities:
• Support, establish, manage and grow Specialty Independent and Key accounts on a national scale.
• Oversight of Independent Sales Reps/Agencies
• Evaluate/Develop Account target/acquisition plans - marketing and sales tools, merchandising, product, shipping, product assortments, displays and events.
• Establish and manage Specialty Channel sales plan, forecast and budget.
• Successfully drive new and existing business to increase ZAMST’s market penetration by managing all aspects of the strategic Retailer relationship.
• Develop Calendar for Promotions/Sales Contests for the year, relative to respective channel.
• Work with Marketing team to plan key events within the region.
• Attend and participate in ongoing Tradeshows, Special Events, and Sales Meetings.
• Continuously build skills, knowledge, and expertise to effectively promote all ZAMST bracing/support products.
• Providing feedback on competitors, general, sport trends and product opportunities.
• Be an active, enthusiastic Zamst Brand Ambassador.
• Frequent travel is required; emphasis within designated Channels/Territory.
• Become an expert on the ZAMST product line, including the differentiating points, key features and benefits.
