Civil Clothing Inc. in Torrance is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Social Media Marketing Lead to join the Darc Sport Team. As a Social Media Marketing Lead you will work directly with the Marketing Manager and provide support to the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for various tasks across the marketing realm, to help expand and improve its use of social for both content distribution and marketing. The person in this role will be working closely with the cross-functional team and will own the strategy and execution of content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other platforms. This will be a hands-on role requiring content creation, repackaging, strategic thinking, and relationship building.

Duties including but not limited to develop and execute creative concepts to drive growth, engagement, and ultimately, conversions, general clerical task such as data entry, manage Shopify E-Com platform, correspondence preparation and maintenance, generating standard database reports, system validation, and follow up related to special projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Help develop and execute the social media strategy for Civil Clothing Inc
Represent the Darc Sport brands appropriately and effectively across all platforms
Drive increased awareness of the Darc Sport products and content
Post/create content and engage with the company’s followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and more
Track follower growth, engagement, and trends
Attend, prepare, organize live event support from begin to finish
Critically problem-solve common complaints by flagging trends, partner cross-functionally to recommend and implement preventative measures; proactively create a better customer experience
Escalate any serious issues to customer support or leadership team
Seek out new followers, potential customers to engage via social media platforms
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace and under pressure environment
Experience with email campaign planning, strategy, and execution
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, and Google AdWords
Experience with Shopify is a must
Creative writing and copy-editing skills a must
Ability to communicate and work well with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Possess an eye for good design and layout. Great attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must have great follow up skills via –e-mail, phone, and/or IM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
