Job Summary:

The evo Store Supervisor is a member of the store management team and directly responsible for staff performance and all day-to-day operations of a retail location. You will partner with the store manager and teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within our retail locations, manage a profitable business and invest in your direct reports to grow, develop and deliver exceptional service. Store teams look to you as a resource, mentor and leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with the store management team to manage employee performance, productivity and store visual standards
• Attract, recruit and hire qualified staff who align with evo’s culture and values
• Ensure hiring achieves necessary staff to fulfill sales and company growth goals, while managing allocated payroll budget
• Foster a guest-centric mentality within our brick and mortar locations while building an outfitting/selling culture
• Share our passion and ignite the adventurous spirit in our guests
• Lead store teams to adhere to operational standards and run a profitable business
• Connect with our community and build a team that align with evo’s culture and Core Values: The Great 8
• Plan, develop and implement team training strategies focused on delivering store KPI’s
• Grow staff confidence/capabilities through product training, vendor collaborations and partnerships that yield positive outcomes
• Foster relationships to develop employee performance through consistent feedback/coaching in addition to quarterly/annual reviews
• Respectfully communicate with all humans to create a positive working/shopping environment
• Identify opportunities within departments and proactively find creative solutions to gain results
• Implement all store sales, product demos, community events, and promotions in collaboration with merchandising and marketing teams
• Create and implement plans to successfully deliver all store events
• Exemplifies leadership through the personally investing in the growth and development of direct reports
• Provide team building opportunities to create strong morale and share wins/successes with entire department
• Ensure proper, product, processes, staffing and resources are in place to meet the needs of the business
