ETHIKA is in search of a Key Accounts Sales Manager to join the team in San Clemente, CA.

Ethika was started in 2001 by a group of close friends in Southern California, and has grown into a family of top athletes, musicians, and artists and is looking to add a full time in-house Key Accounts Sales Manager to its team in San Clemente, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW //
The Ethika Key Accounts Sales Manager supports all aspects of the Ethika brand within the key accounts channel of distribution. This individual will be responsible for managing our specialty and ops teams as well as the development, management and growth of customer account sales, marketing, assortments, visual merchandising, and event tie in.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Report directly to VP of Sales
• Manage and train our in-house specialty sales reps and sales ops teams
• Manage and grow sales with existing key accounts
• Create new business by adding new prospective key accounts
• Provide clear, consistent communication to your accounts that results in sales growth
• Attend pre-lines, sales meetings, and other customer and consumer intersections (i.e. market travel, grassroots events, industry conventions)
• Cold calling accounts that results in new key accounts
• Clear communication with our accounting and operations team regarding p.o edits, ship dates, back orders, and terms.
