POSITION SUMMARY:
Ethika is seeking a Product Development Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Product. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with meeting preparation and meeting notation
• Create & Implement systems for organizing department documents
• Cross functional communication (i.e., pulling #s from previous sales)
• Run errands (Coffee runs, ordering lunch, scheduling team bonding events, etc)
• Manage receipts, reimbursements, and mileage tracking
• Assist with office organization
• Any other tasks as delegated by the Director of Product
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 yr experience in administrative support, or equivalence
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel software
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Is positive and self-motivated
• Enjoys a fun open work atmosphere
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational practices
• Ability to work from Ethika HQ in Lake Forest
