The Director of Brand Operations develops strategies for product launches and marketing initiatives that drives and sustains strong business growth in a fast-paced environment. The Director of Brand Operations will be directly responsible for developing and executing product launch and go-to-market plans for various Ethika products that are tailored to maximize revenue and margin. The Director of Brand Operations will also manage the Social Media and PR teams, including creation of creative content and copy, to drive brand and product awareness that perfectly aligns with Ethika’s defined brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be highly-detailed and organized, and able to manage multiple product launch and go to market plans, while working closely with the Creative and Ecommerce teams to maximize brand and product awareness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Plan, develop and execute comprehensive, multi-tiered product launch plans, collaborating closely with the Creative, Marketing and Ecommerce teams
-- Plan, develop and execute robust go-to-market plans
-- Plan and create online and email marketing content, including both creative assets and copy
-- Leverage and integrate consumer insights to drive brand awareness and holistic brand experiences that engage consumer interest, brand loyalty, traffic and sales
-- Oversee audience targeting strategy and segmentation
-- Analyze results of all campaigns, using data to optimize and improve campaign performance
-- Develop and manage business relationships with various brand partners, ensuring successful campaign and product launches that align with brand and marketing initiatives
-- Manage Social Media and PR teams to maximize product launch strategies, social media/marketing tie-ins and brand initiatives
-- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or directly-related field
-- 5+ years of directly-related marketing and management work experience, with hands-on experience creating product launch and go to market plans during the past 3 years
-- Apparel/Fashion experience preferred
-- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
-- Must have a working knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
-- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
-- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-- Effective verbal and written communication skills
