Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.)

• Recommend and implement technical and non-technical strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability.
• Plan and manage digital marketing budget, continuously evaluating and improving return on investment. Oversee digital marketing strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels (e.g., web, email, affiliate, display, search). Use data analytics to track performance to goals and benchmarks and identify opportunities for business development across segments of the Company.
• Partner with marketing team to implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, mobile app marketing and paid social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales online.
• Develop retargeting marketing strategies to increase organic conversion.
• Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis.
• Develop and implement a brand appropriate CRM strategy that leverages data to drive more sales and improve the online customer experience.
• Oversee and work to continuously improve site experience, integrations and customer engagement.
• Manage Customer Service team, work to improve all customer touch points, Live chat, SMS, email and phone.
• Ensure customer service team delivers best in class experience consistent with the high standards set in existing retail locations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Product Design to execute all online merchandising strategies.
• Ensure online merchandising is supported by best in class features in product presentation and messaging.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the website, including trouble shooting any errors, responsive redesigns, and enhancements.
• Interface with the IT department and external product developers on all system-related projects and challenges.
• Manage P&L for the digital division, maintaining profitability in line with EBITDA targets.
• Evaluate technology solves and enhancements based on business Impact and ROI.
• Source, build, and manage relationships with third parties, vendors, and online partners.
• Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends, and explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experience and generate revenue and profits.

Job Requirements
Required Experience
• Must have 10+ years of strategic E-Commerce management experience, preferably within Apparel and/or specialty retail, with the proven ability to develop and implement a successful E-Commerce strategy; 5+ years of Director level experience required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding financial and business acumen and experience with modeling, planning, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of emerging industry trends, competitors, distribution channels, and customer base
• Experience in the following areas: web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, CRM, customer service, e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, payment gateways, relevant legal issues (e.g., intellectual property).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead / collaborate with direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to convert strategic planning into tactical execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience developing contracts and partnerships with external agencies.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platform technology.
• Ability to simplify and break down complex situations and subjects into easy to understand concepts and action items.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively communicate in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change and receptive to feedback and suggestions.
• Ability to articulate and promote brand vision.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Shopify, Bluecherry and/or other SaaS based ecommerce platform experience
