This job contributes to HUF’s success, growth and profitability by working closely with the production and design teams to ensure proper execution of garments and accessories while maintaining design vision. This is a full time position with a hybrid schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily communication with overseas and domestic vendors for development and production submits and approvals via email or phone
• In charge of product development from initial review of TP, sample tracking/assessment to production cycle, PPS request and evaluation as well as QC reports approval prior to shipment.
• In charge of purchases for SMS, photo sample, tracking and reviewing SMS once in house.
• Create and maintain WIP Reports.
• Chase and track production samples (PPS, TOPS if necessary) and QC reports approval
• Help with meetings by preparing samples, reports and presentation needs when advised
• Assist in shipping and tracking packages when needed
• Order and track trims for sample/production orders as needed.
• Collaborates with the design/merch team on TP and sample review.
• Collect and provide accurate information about the product components/care.
• Oversees nominated SMU projects
• Assist Managers and Director with other related duties or tasks as needed.
