Job Description

HUF is looking for an energetic, passionate Creative Marketing Manager in our Los Angeles, CA offices. This role will be responsible for helping HUF maintain appropriate brand DNA standards, while managing the creation of brand-right marketing assets, look books, etc. We are in search of a creative mind that brings his or her unique style to the mix while managing and mentoring a team of creative individuals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.)

• Manage the marketing creative design team and oversee creative strategy in all marketing campaigns.
• Help enforce brand DNA standards in all marketing creative.
• Work with Marketing Director to manage the creation of all assets, marketing collateral and various email, social media, and Ecommerce platform deliverables.
• Direct and build all of the brand's visual and design elements, such as the photography direction, graphic standards, brand color and design approach, typographic standards, interaction guidelines, etc.
• Mentor the marketing design team -- giving them creative feedback and pushing them to produce industry leading work in every campaign.
• Create engaging sales and marketing content that will appeal to target demographics
• Perform media research, trend and competitor analysis to help find efficient business solutions
• Develop innovative techniques and strategies to help increase company exposure and traffic
• Create all assets for offline marketing channels, including but not limited to packaging, labels, advertising, print magazines and our catalog
• Partner with the Product Design team on creative marketing execution
• Assist with the organization of new product launches
• Producing creative descriptions and content for new merchandise, which include apparel, footwear and accessories
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create compelling concepts for window designs and bring them to life through a variety of different assets
• Explore other aspects of the company and other departments to obtain an overall understanding of the online retail business, which involves creative marketing and business development
• Must be an individual contributor and involved in the process. Overall creative vision and insight are just as critical as building files, developing the work and delivering assets on time.



Qualifications:

• 5+ years working in Creative Design or Marketing
• Ability to think strategically and build creative that tells a story with a beginning, middle, and end.
• Up-to-date with latest trends in social media, marketing and fashion
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and innovative thinker
• Hard working, organized and detail-oriented
• Must possess good teamwork skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge
