HUF is in search of a Key Account International CSR to join the team in Orange County, CA.

About HUF //
Professional skateboarder, Keith Hufnagel founded HUF Worldwide in 2002. In addition to carrying exclusive products from the most respected skate, street and sneaker brands, HUF began producing its own clothing. HUF-branded apparel was immediately in high demand and Hufnagel ultimately shifted his focus to creating a full wholesale product line – resulting in one of the most sought after brands in the skate and streetwear communities.

Position Summary //
HUF is currently looking for someone with a passion for helping others to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative in Orange County. The ideal person will possess outstanding written and verbal skills and exceptional phone and email etiquette to ensure our customers receive top-notch service. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, handle a high volume of emails and phone calls, while simultaneously processing Key & International account management. Another vital aspect of this position is order processing, so previous experience is a plus. In addition, a strong work ethic and a willingness to be a team player are musts! This customer service representative will work directly with the Global sales manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities // (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis)
• Act as the primary liaison for all Key and International customers
• Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Administrative tasks: order entry and shipping/invoicing tracking
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Handle customer concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
• RA’s & reorders
• Sample collection management/coordination
• Extensive sales reports: booking, shipping, selling, etc.
• EDI tracking
• Order management
• Working closely with Key/International sales staff to assist in sales
• Working closely with accounting, production, & warehouse
• Managing all accounts including new customer set-up
• Be a team player and jump into any task needed to meet the customer and the company’s expectation
• Go above and beyond to consistently exceed customer expectations
• Additional duties as assigned
• Managing all accounts including new customer set-up
• Assisting in merchandising meetings
• Product launch and tradeshow preparation & coordination

Job Requirements

Qualifications //
• Three years’ previous experience in customer service (Lifestyle/Skate apparel & footwear industry preferred)
• Computer proficiency as this position entails a great deal of data entry you must possess strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Familiarity with Blue Cherry software a plus.
• Problem solving / ability to adapt, improvise, overcome, and execute / strong critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills / able to prioritize excellent time management, meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills required / excellent phone skills
• Detail oriented
• Willingness to travel and to work the occasional weekend. (You may be required to work trade shows or consumer events)
