HUF is looking for an Independent Sales Rep to cover the Midwest / South territories.
Overview:
The Independent Sales Rep’s primary role is to meet/exceed revenue targets for the territory in a manner that is consistent with maintaining brand strength and integrity.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets
• Execute in store POP and fixture assets to ensure brand is presented strongly
• Create annual plan to identify and execute on new distribution opportunities
• Train and build strong relationships with buyers and sales associates
• Create and execute grass roots marketing program for territory
• Create organized/tiered monthly loop plan to service accounts
• Service all accounts at least quarterly, top accounts monthly
• Achieve Pre-Book sales targets
• Drive monthly At-Once to achieve targets
• Ensure B2B adoption across territory
• Utilize B2B platform to drive incremental sales opportunities
• Create annual account plans for top 5 accounts
• Consistently gather and analyze sell thru data from top account and activate on opportunities
Cross-Functional Execution:
• Work closely with Operations team to ensure product is delivered on time and fulfillment targets are achieved
• Work with Accounts Receivable team to assist in collection efforts with ‘trouble’ accounts
Deliverables:
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/ yearly sales targets set by the management team
• Build brand ambassadors at each account
• Ensure brand is presented strongly at each account
