HUF is looking for an Independent Sales Rep to cover the Midwest / South territories.

Overview:
The Independent Sales Rep’s primary role is to meet/exceed revenue targets for the territory in a manner that is consistent with maintaining brand strength and integrity.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

⏵ Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets

⏵ Execute in store POP and fixture assets to ensure brand is presented strongly

⏵ Create annual plan to identify and execute on new distribution opportunities

⏵ Train and build strong relationships with buyers and sales associates

⏵ Create and execute grass roots marketing program for territory

⏵ Create organized/tiered monthly loop plan to service accounts

⏵ Service all accounts at least quarterly, top accounts monthly

⏵ Achieve Pre-Book sales targets

⏵ Drive monthly At-Once to achieve targets

⏵ Ensure B2B adoption across territory

⏵ Utilize B2B platform to drive incremental sales opportunities

⏵ Create annual account plans for top 5 accounts

⏵ Consistently gather and analyze sell thru data from top account and activate on opportunities

Cross-Functional Execution:

⏵ Work closely with Operations team to ensure product is delivered on time and fulfillment targets are achieved

⏵ Work with Accounts Receivable team to assist in collection efforts with ‘trouble’ accounts

Deliverables:

⏵ Achieve monthly/quarterly/ yearly sales targets set by the management team

⏵ Build brand ambassadors at each account

⏵ Ensure brand is presented strongly at each account
