HUF / Lakai is looking for a Key Accounts / International Customer Service Rep.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.)

• Act as the primary liaison for all Key and International customers
• Professionally handle incoming emails and calls from customers to ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Administrative tasks: order entry and shipping/invoicing tracking and routing
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Handle customer concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
• Return Authorization processing and logging
• Confirm POs in Amazon Vendor Central as well as uploading customer invoices directly into distributors platforms
• Extensive sales reports: booking, shipping, selling, etc.
• Excellent Inbox management and email etiquette
• Order book maintenance and management
• Working closely with Key/International sales staff to assist in sales
• Working closely with accounting, production, & warehouse
• Be a team player and jump into any task needed to meet the customer and the company’s expectation
• Go above and beyond to consistently exceed customer expectations
• Additional duties as assigned
• Assisting in merchandising meetings
• Product launch and tradeshow preparation & coordination
• Three years’ previous experience in customer service (Lifestyle/Skate apparel & footwear industry preferred)
• Computer proficiency as this position entails a great deal of data entry you must possess strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Familiarity with Blue Cherry or similar wholesale ERP software knowledge is a plus.
• Problem solving / ability to adapt, improvise, overcome, and execute / strong critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills / able to prioritize excellent time management, meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills required / excellent phone skills
• Detail oriented
• Willingness to travel and to work the occasional weekend. (You may be required to work trade shows or consumer events)
