ISLE Surf & SUP is in search of a Production Coordinator to join the team in National City, CA.
OVERVIEW //
ISLE Surf & SUP, one of the nation’s fastest growing stand up paddle board companies, is looking for a highly-motivated Production Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing product inventory and sales objectives. This includes, but is not limited to working with vendors, managing and forecasting sales and inventory, as well as working closely with management, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Forecast sales and inventory levels to develop and execute purchasing strategies.
• Daily communication with overseas factories to ensure production schedule and ship dates are met.
• Create and manage all product and non-inventory SKUs.
• Track inventory from creating POs to final sale.
• Update and track sales on a weekly basis.
• Ensure factory pricing is accurate.
• Work with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure all products are properly added to the company’s financial and ecommerce platforms.
• Work with CEO and Operations Manager to determine pricing to meet company’s margin and profitability goals.
• Negotiate favorable payment terms and pricing with vendors.
• Work with vendors to identify and resolve issues with incoming products and file claims with factories.
• Work with Accounting to keep accurate factory account statements.
