Job Description
Want to join our lively team in a beautiful, creative environment? We are located in Long Beach, CA and looking for an energetic, positive and professional person to join our Tori Praver Swimwear team as In-House Sales Support and Operations Coordinator.

In this role you will be the liaison for our ecommerce and boutique customers, our sales reps, warehouse, designer and principals. You will be responsible for customer inquiries and service, order entry, account receivables, and work closely with our warehouse team to distribute product efficiently to meet deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in our ERP system AIMS 360
• Sales integration with JOOR and SHOPIFY
• Order entry, inventory push and adjustments, pick tickets
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and any issues are resolved quickly
• Resolve Shipping Issues
• Handle and resolve backorders
• Chargeback Claims & Disputes
• Manage customer interactions through multiple sales channels
• Help and process customer return authorization requests, refunds and/or exchanges
• Escalate and report larger issues to principals so that solutions can be quickly executed
• Provide feedback regarding product reviews, website usability and general
customer complaints and satisfactions.
• Account receivables
• Team meetings to discuss line, direction, customer feedback, etc.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Travel as required for attendance at industry related trade shows, trunk shows and Sales and Marketing functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an ERP System
• Excellent customer service, computer & writing skills
• Problem solving skills
• Written communication
• Excellent verbal skills
• Adaptability and Dependability - must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment,
manage demands and be able to deal with unexpected events
• Must be positive, goal-oriented and able to work well independently or on a team
• Ability to multi-task & adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office & Excel
