Iron & Resin is in search of an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join the team in Ventura, CA.

Today we operate as a wholesale business, and a direct-to-consumer business through ecommerce and three physical retail locations. POSITION SUMMARY //
We are looking for a tech-savvy Ecommerce Marketing Manager with a background in Sales/Digital Sales, Marketing or Business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in further developing our digital strategy and will be the thought leader in helping steer us towards more digitally led marketing activities and growth. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to customers and uses an innovate approach to increase customer traffic and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Deepen relationships with social community and ecommerce customers by developing effective, personalized campaigns, and insight-driven initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service; supervise Customer Service and Order Fulfillment teams
• Maintain agency partnerships and collaborate with creative department to deliver engaging content creation
• Continually optimize online spending to focus on the areas with the biggest ROI
• Engage community in product development cycle to increase product success and sell-through
• Identify new digital and technology solutions that can help accelerate growth online and in-store
• Monitor site analytics and implement strategies to drive conversion and growth
• Research and formulate ways to optimize user experience
• Direct development partners to maintain website security and performance
• Maintain working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing
• Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
