HYLETE develops, markets and sells high performance athletic apparel built for the hybrid athlete. The company’s sales are made via its website (www.hylete.com) and other ecommerce platforms.

Position: Customer Service Representative (aka Brand Experience Rep)

Reports to: Brand Experience Team Manager


JOB DESCRIPTION-

The Brand Experience Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and promotions, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company. The Brand Experience Representative is responsible for assisting with orders, complaints, account questions, errors, returns, and other queries. The Brand Experience Representative must have proficient writing skills.


Primary Functions-

- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns/warranties according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Supervisory Responsibility-

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment-

Job Requirements

This is an hourly rate part-time position at $15/hour.

The Brand Experience Rep must be a resident of San Diego, California. Days and hours of work will vary and are to be determined. The candidate must be available to work weekends as needed. This part-time position has the potential to turn into a full-time position.


Required Education and Experience-

- Customer service experience
- Computer experience
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Netsuite, Quickbooks, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of customer service software platforms (e.g. desk.com, zendesk.com, or freshdesk.com)
