Position: Customer Service Representative (aka Brand Experience Rep)
Reports to: Brand Experience Team Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION-
The Brand Experience Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and promotions, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company. The Brand Experience Representative is responsible for assisting with orders, complaints, account questions, errors, returns, and other queries. The Brand Experience Representative must have proficient writing skills.
Primary Functions-
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns/warranties according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
