Rastaclat is in search of an E-commerce / Digital Manager to join the team in Long Beach, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
The E-commerce / Digital Manager is responsible for developing strategy and execution for Rastaclat to deliver the best customer experience across all digital touch points. The position will work closely with key managers, as well as partners within sales, marketing, merchandising, and IT to deliver a consistent message across all channels. In addition to driving strategy, he/she will be responsible creating a team culture that will drive performance through measurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES //
• Develop and execute digital strategy for all channels to increase brand awareness and revenue
• Develop and manage E-commerce sales forecasting, inventory management and merchandising
• Monitor and analyze all E-commerce and Digital Marketing related expenses.
• Oversee site UX/UI design and development
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, content and calendar
• Manage social and loyalty programs for customer engagement and retention
• Manage digital advertising and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
• Manage and maintain relationships with E-commerce and advertising vendors/agencies
• Generate regular reports based on KPIs and business needs
• Perform due diligence and manage new and existing digital products
• Educate associates on best practices in digital marketing
• Strategize with cross departmental teams to help drive digital and non-digital initiatives
