Rastaclat is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager plays an important role in the manufacturing and delivery of Rastaclat product. Candidate will perform necessary functions to take seasonal projects from approved sample through manufacturing commercialization.

An ideal candidate is part technical, part creative. Will be self-motivated, able to multi task, have strong problem-solving skills. Being well organized and detail oriented are essential for the fast-paced environment. Interest in accessories, fashion, sports, sneakers and creative culture are all valued.

This role requires daily written and oral communication between internal departments and international suppliers. Positive attitude is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES //
PRODUCTION PURCHASING:
• Responsible for running accurate Full Circle reports for sales, production, and inventory control.
• Attend buy meetings to tally final buys.
• Entering, issuing and updating all finished goods, raw materials, and salesman samples purchase orders.
• Send purchase orders to overseas and domestic suppliers.

PRODUCTION WORK IN PROGRESS:
• Daily correspondence with overseas factories to ensure on time production schedules and exit factory dates are met.
• Updating all ETA, ETD, and In Transit dates into Full Circle.
• Monitors weekly Work in Progress Reports from factories.
• Works directly with factories to ensure production delivers on time.
• Officiates weekly Production meeting with: Production, Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to review upcoming schedules, delays, testing, ticketing requirements.
• Problem solves all production related issues.
• Notifies all departments of updates and solutions.

COMPLIANCE:
• Requesting compliance reports from factory. File and organize.
• Weekly Check of Majors Sales orders. Ensure needed compliance documents for outgoing PO’s are on file.
• Order all tickets and stickers through Fineline and OpSec. Plan and coordinate shipping with factory partners.
• Coordinate with warehouse for all in-house ticketing needs.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Major accounts Compliance guidelines.

PRODUCTION SHIPPING:
• Confirm Shipments as ready from Factory. Review and approve packing forms with Purchase Order.
• Daily tracking of all production shipments. Update Full Circle with tracking information. Notify all parties for major releases.
• Review status/location of shipments, update warehouse teams of product movement to help warehouse capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Distributors and Factories for International drop shipments.
• Receiving and movement of Raw Materials PO’s. Actualizing packaging when invoices are received.
• Work with Accounting on Three-Way Match Invoice processing.
• Collate Full Circle data reports for weekly/monthly production stats.
• Work with Courier and Freight Forwarder partners.

QUALITY CONTROL:
• Responsible for all Finished Goods quality control per company standards.
• Ensure high quality control standards are maintained and recorded for all incoming shipments.
• Approve TOP prior to shipment for International drop shipments.
• Perform QC testing on product upon arrival.
• Updating QC report findings with manager and submitting results to all parties.
• Notify all departments of non-passing QC results. Work with factory for solutions, invoicing credit, and new deliverable dates. Gather all sales cancel dates to present solutions to the team.

REQUIREMENTS //
• Extensive experience with Full Circle
• Experience with International Purchasing is a plus
• Knowledge of 3PL distribution, warehousing, and fulfilment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Adobe Illustrator, willingness to learn new software
• Experience with accessories, sneakers, and fashion in a retail or professional setting
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and costing
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a group
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Detail oriented with strong follow through
• Go-getter who is motivated to learn
• Team player, positive attitude, enthusiastic
