Rastaclat is looking for a passionate and experienced retail marketing manager who will be responsible building marketing co-op campaigns with retailers and coordinating/executing events and tradeshows.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi task, hands on, being well organized and detail oriented are essential for our fast-paced and growing environment. This role requires daily communication between cross functional departments and international partners. Positive attitude and patience are essential.

Responsibilities //

• Provide quarterly and annual retail and event marketing strategy for campaigns and budget expenditures based on sales forecasts.
• Build & maintain relationship with retailers to collaborate on marketing co-ops to increase branding and sales.
• Manage day to day retail and event marketing budget & calendar, project deadlines and weekly status meetings to ensure successful implementation and execution of workflow and deliverables from design team for related events, collaborative and licensing opportunities.
• On as needed basis collaborate with sales, marketing, product and creative teams to devise innovative and experiential campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness, visibility and overall sales revenues within channels.
• Track and analyze ROI based campaign impact and company sales performance and make recommendations for future investments of resources based on results.
• Hire and manage field and internal staff involved with events, activations and marketing co-ops.
• Manage the planning and coordination of all tradeshows, co-ops, activations both domestically and globally.
• Work with accounting department to assure staff, vendor and retailer invoices are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
• Ensure to achieve global consistency of all company assets and messaging across all regional distributors, retailer e-commerce sites and social media accounts.
• Police and monitor social media to ensure all Rastaclat sites are procured in all active and potential regions and advise legal teams of any counterfeit and/or unauthorized sites within market.
• Travel and educate retailer store associates on brand and merchandising guidelines.
• Management of promotional budgets for the marketing team ensuring marketing team has enough stock of promotional items to fulfill marketing strategies.
• Manage the placement of pop displays within retail accounts and manage/monitor alignment of assets on the pop displays.
• Hold distributors accountable for marketing spends and execution of marketing strategies ensuring all assets, messaging and activations are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Lead and develop retail marketing team members to ensure they are inspired, are clear with expectations and held accountable to results.
• Manage marketing equipment and props to ensure it is properly stored and accounted for.
• Management of any or all internal meetings as needed.
• Manage vendors for all domestic production items including but not limited to: canopies, GWP items, stickers, brand books, catalogs, POS material, fabricators, etc.

Requirements //

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 – 10 years of experience in Retail Marketing & Events
• Ability to manage and mentor a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with a high attention to detail
• Team player, positive attitude, enthusiastic
• Ability to bend/lift/carry 30+ lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Travel 25%, Domestically and Globally as needed
