Rastaclat is seeking a Human Resources Manager to help build our growing team! The ideal candidate will encompass all of our core values: Passion, Righteousness, Integrity, Discovery and Excellence. They will manage all of our employee relations including recruiting, interviews, performance evaluations, compensation, benefits, continuous education and overall training.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance:
• Managing human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards for new and existing employees.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed accordingly.
• Preparing, updating and maintaining accurate employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Ensuring timecards are completed and accurate for hourly employees.
• Developing and administering health and safety programs.
• Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance.

Workforce Planning, Recruiting and Employment:
• Developing and implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy and process.
• Analyzing and developing job duties, compensation and other benefit requirements.
• Overseeing hiring process, writing job descriptions and coordinating job posts.
• Screening resumes and interviewing applicants in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Administering pre-employment tests, background and reference checks.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working environment, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Coordinating with IT and Operations for new employee equipment setup.
• Developing and conducting onboarding and orientation process.
• Conducting all performance evaluations.
• Processing transfers, promotions, and managing terminations.

HR Development:
• Conducting interview and performance review training sessions.
• Administering required compliance programs.
• Addressing any employment relations issues.
• Processing all personnel action and development forms and roadmaps.
• Planning Company events including but not limited to holiday parties and monthly luncheons.
