Job Description:
This is a challenging opportunity with many rewards. You will be part of a fun and creative environment and will learn a lot about fashion, accessories, marketing, editorial/press procedures, social media and event planning. Candidates for this position should have a passion for learning and developing a career in Marketing, Content Creation and/or Social Media. Candidate must also be creative, innovative and able to create and contribute unique branding ideas and concepts to share with the Marketing team and execute upon project plans.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram.
• Assistance at special events, photo/video shoots and tradeshows.
• Upload User Generated Content Photography onto Later and into appropriate Box folders, label and tag photos accordingly.
• Upload other User Generated Content found under our IG hashtags.
• Manage dates when User Generated Content Photographers submit/post photos on google doc & see that all other Photographer info is kept up to date.
• Send seeding packages with personal notes to User Generated Content Photographers & Influencers.
• Unbag and organize promo samples when they arrive.
• Track User Generated Content Photography & Influencer seeding packages upon request.
• Send prizes to photo contest and giveaway winners.
• Log all User Generated Content Photographers whose photos have been utilized.
• Create social content via photo, video, graphic designs, schedule posts and curate feed.
Qualifications:
• Proactive self-starter and resourceful problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a group
• Reliable, detail-oriented, excellent communicator and motivated
• Working experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Working experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Reader)
• Internet research and savvy social media experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use camera equipment and edit video and photo content
• Accessible to a vehicle & cellular phone.
