About the job
This is an opportunity in which you will be part of a fun and creative environment and will learn a lot about fashion, accessories, marketing, editorial/press procedures, and event planning. Candidates for this position should have a passion for learning and developing a career in marketing and photo/video-shoot production. Candidate must also be creative, innovative and able to contribute in the execution of project plans.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
ADMINSTRATIVE
• Influencer seeding- organize and execute promotional packages and maintain consistent follow-through with influencers
• Manage inventory of promo samples upon arrival
• Provide updates with the PR agency to ensure new project update information is communicated in a timely manner.
• Save and distribute press clippings for internal records
PHOTO/VIDEO
• Office assistance including organizing all pre-production documents and thorough communication with production (both in-house and contract) + talent prior to shoots
• Supporting the production team throughout every aspect of a video/photo project (ex: craft services, talent assist, wardrobe, etc)
EVENT ACTIVATIONS
• Supporting the marketing team, along with designated inter-department teams at special events activation and tradeshows
• Assist in preparation of event, day-of coordination, and closing
• Attend events to build relationships with the brand and provide insightful feedback
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive self-starter and resourceful problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and very detail-oriented
• Willing to adapt to working both independently and with a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Internet research and savvy social media experience
