Rastaclat is looking for a passionate, highly skilled digital expert to bring our brand mission of Spreading Positive Vibrations One Wrist at a Time to life. The Social Media / Community Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing, managing, and growing all social media platforms and developing the strategy for the Rastaclat community. Reporting to the Global Digital Director, the Social Media / Community Manager will work closely with key cross functional teams as well as global partners to deliver a consistent message across all channels. In addition to driving strategy, they will be responsible for contributing to the team culture that will drive performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES //

• Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Guide, moderate and monitor discussions, posts, comments and relevant conversations happening across our social channels to promote engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to create daily innovative and on-brand posts that will engage our audience.
• Preserve brand voice across platforms as well as develop creative ways to maintain brand loyalty amongst our social following.
• Develop social and community programs in conjunction with our overarching marketing roadmap that help generate leads for our growing E-commerce business.
• Write and edit engaging posts and publish content to all social platforms with best practices in mind.
• Collaborate with Global Digital Director to provide consistent reporting on all social pages, set growth targets and identify areas of improvement. Advise team on best practices for paid media campaigns.
• Gather on-brand content from influencers, paid endorsers and other related entities to post.
• Attend photo & video shoots and events as needed to capture content for our social media platforms.
• Work with Creative Director and Global Digital Director to ideate unique strategy that will utilize social platforms as a means to amplify the Seek The Positive brand message.
• Work with Marketing and PR teams to develop and track influencer initiatives. Manage talent communications as it relates to social.
• Listen to what our community has to say and provide a consistently positive response in a timely manner by providing exceptional customer service and continuing to build strong relationships between Rastaclat and our consumers.
• Lead and develop social media team to build empowered and trusted members that can contribute to execution and strategy.
• Help create internal workflow and development efficiencies for scaled growth and cross-functional optimization for the creative division of the marketing department.

REQUIREMENTS //
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, strategy and execution
• At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager for a consumer or lifestyle brand and proven experience at growing and managing an online community
• Prior success in managing social communities, identifying and managing growth strategies, measurement, engagement campaigns and content strategy
• Deep understanding of social content trends and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
• Experience working with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, and Dash Hudson
• Strong brand development background
• Creative and able to think on their feet. Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to roll up their sleeves
• Preference for experience within sneaker culture, lifestyle, action & traditional sports
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including understanding of tone of voice
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while still being a team player who is always ready to help others
