Rastaclat is looking for a passionate, highly skilled E-Commerce expert to bring our brand mission of Spreading Positivity to life through wholesale and direct to consumer efforts. The E-Commerce Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce sites and developing the standard operating procedures and execution for Rastaclat to scale its global E-Commerce business. In addition to implementing and managing processes, they will be responsible for creating a team culture that will drive performance through measurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES //

• Oversee all Rastaclat E-Commerce operations, including forecasting, budgeting, buying, inventory management, merchandising and customer experience.
• Research, provide recommendations, and execute initiatives to improve company margins and efficiencies within E-Commerce.
• Research and analyze E-Commerce analytics to establish insights, forming actionable, scalable strategies to grow the online business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing and Creative Directors to manage and execute E-Commerce campaigns, content and calendar.
• Manage the Go to Market execution of product launches from an E-Commerce planning and logistics standpoint.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve Rastaclat’s internal processes to streamline project management of E-Commerce initiatives.
• Partner with international distributors to achieve global consistency and alignment on E-Commerce strategies, content management systems and websites.
• Manage the development of both wholesale and direct to retail mirrored global E-Commerce sites, creating systems to gain full ownership of all digital consumer data across all platforms domestic and internationally.
• Manage and mentor Customer Experience team to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize issues arising from E-Commerce purchases.
• Collaborate with cross functional Finance, Operations and Logistics teams to streamline shipping, gain cost savings and minimize chargebacks.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain compliance, security and hosting of E-Commerce sites.
• Manage 3rd party resources, development, and integration of all software/plugins, new websites, ERP, and 3PL partners and systems to optimize usability & global brand consistency.
• In collaboration with Creative and Digital Marketing Directors, manage the UX/UI development with cross departmental teams & external vendors.
• Keep abreast of the latest E-Commerce & digital industry trends, fashion trends, and opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS //

• Extensive experience with Shopify Plus is required.
• Experience with Front End Development a plus.
• Experience working with 3PL warehousing and fulfilment.
• Experience with International Distribution and logistics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Brandboom, and Excel is a must. Prior experience with Monday, Domo, Sales Force, and Keynote/Powerpoint is a plus.
• Experience with accessories, sneakers, and fashion products.
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a cross functional group of external and internal resources.
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Detail oriented with strong follow through.
• Go-getter who is motivated to lead and learn.
• Team player, positive attitude and enthusiastic.
