Rastaclat is looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will work in harmony with the Creative, Marketing and Sales teams to oversee all aspects of cross departmental projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and summarizing completion of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope and budget. This is a role for someone with sharp attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
⏵ Schedule and moderate meetings with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for cross departmental projects.
⏵ Develop detailed project plans, budgets and calendars to monitor and track milestones and progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
⏵ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on Monday Project Management Software.
⏵ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
⏵ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, communicating revisions to all relevant parties.
⏵ Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
⏵ Measure, analyze and report project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals and company KPIs.
⏵ Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
⏵ Develop presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and process documents.
⏵ Ensure that all company projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
⏵ Develop project post-mortem recaps encompassing both quantitative and qualitative data to illustrate goals achieved, key findings, lessons learned, and process improvements to mitigate future risks.
⏵ Perform other related duties as assigned.
⏵ Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent in a relevant field.
⏵ At least 2-5 years of proven working experience in Project Management within the Apparel, Accessories or other related Consumer Products Industries.
⏵ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⏵ Solid attention to detail, organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
⏵ Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Keynote.
⏵ Experience with Monday Project Management Software and Domo a plus.
