Rastaclat is seeking a seasoned and organized, Marketing Manager who will implement marketing initiatives and lead the expansion of our community relationships, while informing internal leadership and external partners of strategic business goals for our growing company. The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Candidates must have extensive experience in PR and marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES //

MANAGEMENT:

• Provide quarterly and annual marketing plans for budget expenditures based on sales forecasts.
• Identify, develop and implement process & strategies as required to ensure maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze ROI based campaign impact and company sales performance and make recommendations for future investments of resources based on results.
• Manage overall budget in respective pillars of the marketing team including but not limited to PR and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure development and upward mobility.
• Manage the coordination of collaborations and partnership process included but not limited to reviewing contracts, negotiating deal points, and managing relationships.
• Work closely with Rastaclat Leadership Teams to define short and long term policies/strategies and then connect with internal and external stakeholders to expand on these company visions.
• Help create internal workflow and development efficiencies for scaled growth and cross-functional optimization for the creative division of the marketing department.
• Oversee POP/POS strategy execution alignment within all departments of the company.
• Oversee maintenance of digital asset management system.

PR:

• Act as the point person for external third-party consultants and partners including but not limited to PR agency/agencies to ensure execution of objectives strategic alignment, objectives and metrics are met.
• Manage all PR inquiries including contacts from tradeshows and events.
• Oversee official public announcements and press releases.
• Facilitate relations with print, web and multimedia channels.
• Attend events in relative target markets.

PARTNERSHIPS:

• Initiate and manage ongoing conversation with ambassadors, licensor’s or non-profit’s organizations, based on overarching initiatives set by Rastaclat.
• Evaluate and negotiate marketing opportunities and manage collaborations, special projects and contracts
• Keep leadership team abreast of certain terms that need to be addressed before contracts are signed i.e. royalty rates, guarantees, product pricing, timelines/lead times, and projections.
• Work with the Director of Global Sales and Director of Global Operations to review partnership and licensing contracts and align on negotiation points i.e. royalty rates & minimum guarantees.

REQUIREMENTS //

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and prior relative work experience in the sports, women’s, streetwear, accessories or related field preferred.
• An established network of influencer, press, media and sales contacts within the industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the sports and entertainment licensing, and non-profit partnerships a plus.
• Excellent problem recognition and collaboration skills for resolution.
• Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Project Management tools such as Monday.
