ROGUE is currently seeking an Office Manager to hold down the fort at our Oceanside, CA offices. We're inviting all detail oriented, process driven, systematic magicians with superior organizational skills to apply.

The hired candidate will be responsible for

o Leading the overall office administration
o Accounts payable/receivables and monthly billing
o Various HR duties including payroll and onboarding new employees
o Assist in making travel and lodging arrangements
o Preparing and distributing daily, weekly and quarterly reports
o Maintain and organize company files

Here’s the kicker –

- You need to have 5+ years of office manager and administrative experience.
- You must be digitally savvy.
- Netsuite experience is a HUGE plus.
- You must be detail oriented and hyper organized.
- You need to be a self-starter, personable and have excellent communication skills.
