J!NX is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead in the development and execution of comprehensive retail and online marketing plans that seek to grow consumer knowledge of J!NX product offerings inside and outside of the video game industry and to drive revenue increases for both the J!NX Brand as well as our licensed properties.

Please note that candidates who are not actively engaged with video games (playing, marketing, and/or creating) will not be considered.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee integrated marketing communication strategies (art, messaging, and creative) for product releases and marketing campaigns.
• Execute comprehensive marketing plans, including advertisement development, media planning, online direct marketing, loyalty initiatives, trade programs, etc.
• Contribute to the creation of all customer-facing written content including websites, social media posts, marketing materials, and product information blurbs.
• Develop & maintain effective corporate marketing materials and work products including sales tools, decks, etc.
• Leverage content to develop and execute effective digital marketing materials and campaigns; utilize tools such as marketing automation, the J!NX website, blogs, social media, etc. to efficiently and effectively promulgate messages.
• Implement effective and ongoing SEO strategy; ensure search engine hits are consistently and prominently positioned (first page) for relevant key words and targeted search criteria; manage 3rd parties where applicable.
• Design, develop, and execute effective lead generation campaigns; develop metrics to evaluate and quantify results; use feedback to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Responsible for demonstrating acceptable ROI for all marketing expenditures.
• Guide preparation of detailed and comprehensive marketing activity reports and present to executive management on a monthly basis.
• Develop and manage marketing operating budget.
• Manage, coach, and develop other members of the Marketing Department, including but not limited to: Marketing Strategist, Brand Strategist, Public Relations Manager, and Social Media Specialist.
