POSITION SUMMARY //
The Inside Sales Account Manager will work to advance our sales efforts for the United States of America market. This position will service and expand the current J!NX customer base through prospecting, personal outreach, and attending trade shows/industry events and will be responsible for leading customers through the entire sales cycle and for closing deals.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS //
This position offers a competitive base salary and commission. We offer full benefits with this position, including 401K with a company match. You will also receive paid holidays and paid vacation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS //
• Direct and control sales goals and objectives, striving to maximize overall sales volume and revenue.
• Responsible for the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual objectives, goals, strategies, and metrics as stated in the business plan.
• Manage key clients, maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Plan and implement sales programs for all J!NX product lines.
• Forecast expected sales volume for existing and new J!NX product lines.
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply + demand.
• Monitor competitor products, sales, price points, and marketing activities in order to develop competitive strategies.
• Attend sales related trade shows.
• Support all initiatives delivered from the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Provide key details to designated department to establish proper expectations, ensuring a timely delivery of product.
• Other duties as required.
