About the job
We’re looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Retail Relations Coordinator (aka TAP Coordinator). The ideal candidate is well immersed in the fashion industry and will play a critical role in the ongoing planning, execution and success of our industry’s TAP (Targeted Attendee Program). Your ability to understand industry channels, trends and dynamics helps you provide necessary information, data and support to the TAP Director and helps with the development of a relevant and highly engaging program.
Core Responsibilities:
• Research and Identify new attendee target segments with the potential to deliver high level attendee buyers from
leading companies within the sector.
• Work cooperatively with all internal industry and functional groups.
• Identify target segments through database matching and discovery
• Maintain accurate data for all current contacts - prospective and loyal customers; update as new information arises
and research new potential TAP segments through all channels.
• Act as Liaison with Marketing team and TAP Director to ensure all initiatives are consistent within overall marketing
communications and brand position
• Provide direction and guidance around all experiential elements of Tap Program.
• Work closely with Sales to assist in the transfer of customer data, sales materials and customer meetings.
• Attend appropriate competitive shows and key industry events to strengthen existing and potential customer
relationships while prospecting new business.
• Regular interaction and solicitation of prospective program participants.
