Stokehouse, the parent company to Sisstrevolution and Amuse Society is looking for a Technical Designer to join the team. In this distinctive role, you’ll be responsible for all product specification information for our growing women’s brands. If you’re someone who’s not afraid to jump in and get the job done while working in a company with amazing growth, this could be the opportunity for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create initial sample specs based on design direction and styling.
• Direct fit sessions and adjust specs accordingly.
• Communicate all corrections to the Product Developer.
• Track all fit samples and ensure all styles are processed in a timely manner.
• Provide all grading for final production.
• Provide detailed feedback to ensure design’s vision is executed while keeping within cost constraints.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years technical experience.
• Must be familiar with women’s sportswear and swim fabrications.
• Must be able to communicate in a friendly, but professional, manner.
• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude.
• Must be detail oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Proficient in Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Pattern making experience would be a major plus.
• This is a full-time, in-office position.
