Job Description

Stokehouse, the parent company to Vissla, Amuse Society and D’Blanc, is looking for a Customer Service and Allocation Support Representative.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain customer purchase orders.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Run the allocation to ensure orders are being picked and delivered to the distribution center for timely shipping.
• Provide EDI support.
• Review reports and analyze for open order status and shippable dollars.
• Generate invoices, return authorizations, credit memos.
• Interact with related departments to problem solve.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• Ability to quickly learn ERP system.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to react in both positive and negative situations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Effective communication skills a must.
• Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be organized with the ability to manage and prioritize an extensive workload.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be professional, punctual, reliable and flexible with working hours.
• Overtime will be required.
