Job Description

Stokehouse, the parent company to Vissla, Amuse Society and D’Blanc, is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join the team in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Responsibilities //
• Manage and maintain customer purchase orders.
• Assist sales reps with daily requests.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Assist sales management with reporting and additional administrative functions.
• Handle incoming retail warranty requests.
• Review reports and analyze for open order status and shippable dollars.
• Generate invoices, return authorizations, credit memos.
• Interact with related departments to problem solve.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications //
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
• Ability to quickly learn ERP system.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to react in both positive and negative situations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Effective communication skills a must.
• Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be organized with the ability to manage and prioritize an extensive workload.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be professional, punctual, reliable and flexible with working hours.
• Overtime will be required.
