Job Description

Dita seeks to hire a highly motivated Corporate Sales Representative to represent its portfolio of luxury eyewear brands to optical retailers in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas in Southern California.
The Dita Corporate Sales Representative will report directly to Dita’s Vice President of U.S. Sales and will be a vital member of the sales team responsible for driving Dita’s sales.

Dita anticipates that in the successful candidate will participate in an extensive onboarding curriculum that will include role playing, product training, and field training. The onboarding program will also include a detailed review of sales territories, account and management processes, and sales techniques.
The Corporate Sales Representative is offered a competitive salary and bonus structure. There is opportunity for growth within Dita and potential to move into higher paying sales positions in which some top performers currently earn more than $300,000 per year.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As Corporate Sales Representative, you will:
1. Visit accounts daily to solicit sales orders
2. Open new accounts in areas or segments that require expansion
3. Assist in retail marketing with sales-based events within the Southern California territory
4. Meet or exceed sales goals and budget on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
5. Work with Dita’s leadership team on a daily basis to keep them informed of sales-related activity
6. Evaluate and recommend accounts with an eye toward the overall growth of Dita’s business
7. Educate and train accounts on Dita’s portfolio of brands, news and updates, and special promotional initiatives
8. Merchandise inventory at accounts within the Southern California territory
9. Grow and implement Dita’s incentive sales and training programs

Job Requirements

• Two or more years of consistent sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision
• Ability to prioritize various projects and company initiatives
