The creative team at Raen is ready to welcome in a Graphic Designer / Production Designer who’s ready to handle art production and creative responsibilities.

Job Description:
• Work hand in hand with Creative Director, Art Director, and Graphic Designers on all projects from concept to delivery
• Follow brief guidelines to design dynamic layouts for multiple mediums
• Present and review work to ensure brand integrity
• Retouch lifestyle and product photos
• Video editing skills will give you a leg up
• Participate in production and/or marketing meetings, on a project basis
• Liaise with Marketing, Art Director, and Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met
• May supervise and/or lead Art Department intern employees
• Maintain digital asset library
• Generate conceptual ideas and help ideate creative campaigns
• Follow established brand guidelines
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Write and edit basic copy
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio of completed design projects. Please show process.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Primarily Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
• Video editing/grading skills a huge bonus
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools
• Strong design skills with the ability to combine various elements to accomplish design and marketing goals
• Ability to collaborate with design and marketing teams while meeting tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, it’s history, typography and photography
• Detail oriented and strategically driven, possessing strong time management & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time and deliver projects on time
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate design choices clearly and work under pressure
• Able to work independently, as well as on team oriented projects
• Must be a flexible & resourceful self starter
