Production Coordinator Job in Costa Mesa, CA

Beach Riot is looking to bring on a Production Assistant.

Skills Required:

Detail Oriented, Excel, organized, basic understanding of DOMESTIC and OVERSEAS Production, understating of patterns and fabrics in swim/active.

*Full Circle experience is a plus

Production Tasks:
• Place Import production orders and track WIP
- Issue Finished goods PO
- Send out UPC information/ Create Barcode image for factories domestic and overseas
- Order Hangtags/Main label
- Create cut/sew-by sheet
- Print out UPC stickers & create UPC cover page to include in packages for factories Pick up items from factory’s and drop off to other factories.

• Packing List update – Get the packing list from factory and update the packing list

- Send all style info and UPC to 3PL for domestic orders

1. Revise cut ticket with the correct information

2. Actualize style and send out 943 for each style on Full circle

3. Send out the SKU information to warehouse for domestic orders

4. Receive in all qty once it’s delivered

5. Review qty on packing list from factories & packing list from warehouse.
- Send all style info and UPC to 3PL for Import orders
- Send out SKU information to warehouse for Import orders
- Check the packing list and PO (cut ticket) to see if the qty is accurate (Fabric, trims and FG garment à Need to receive into the FC).
